One of the most important things to do when you are suffering
through grief or trauma is to take care of yourself. There are
people out there to help you work through your feelings, and find
the next best step to take to help your case.
Find sound legal advice. You may need help coming up with a plan of
action or understanding certain issues and problems you might run
into as you navigate the judicial system. It is always better to be
over-prepared -- the more you know your rights, the harder it is to
have them taken away.
