Open Letter From Victims brother

To Whom It May Concern:

My sister, Jessica Gabriele Michelle Pannachia-Ellis, was shot and killed on the afternoon of June 13th. The person who committed this crime is named Joseph Demetrius Muller, 40 years old, born 4/14/1969, from Brooklyn, New York. Muller has a tattoo of a dragon or snake on his right arm, and his left inside forearm has “Brooklyn 1969” tattooed on it. My sister had known this person for about 4 years. My sister was at her part-time job on the afternoon of the 13th, when Muller entered the store and spoke with her. She told her associate she was going out to her car, and would return in a moment. Muller then kidnapped her, drove her to her home where he shot her multiple times on the front porch. After he shot her, he drove her vehicle back to her job, then got in his vehicle and left. As of 6/21/09 the only information I have heard about his whereabouts is that he used an ATM machine in Maryland on 6/16/09. He is from Brooklyn, New York, so I can only assume he is heading there. He has family there, and also a young daughter who is to graduate on 6/24/09. He is considered armed and dangerous, and apparently has a lengthy past criminal record. The main investigator on the case is Detective Gill of the Durham Police Department. His phone number is 919-560-4440 ext.29322. My sister was only 28 years old. This incident has left a 4 year old boy without a mother. Any other information that you would like or need, please let me know. I appreciate any help you can give to help bring this terrible person to justice.
